Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout's second Season begins next week.
On Twitter, developer Mediatonic announced that Season 2 of Fall Guys will begin on Thursday, October 8th. The team also revealed that as the current transition period between Season 1 and Season 2 is going on, players can earn double Fame in the game.
It was recently revealed that Season 2 of Fall Guys will be adding customizable nameplates. Right now, players are known as "Fall Guy" with a random four digit code after. When players are making their nameplates, they will be able to choose a banner. Banners include a watermelon and a slice of pizza. There will also be a number of nicknames to choose from. These nicknames include Cool Bean, Sir Hugs A Lot, and more. There will be special names for players that do something cool in the Fall Guys community, as well as special nicknames for events.
It has also been revealed that there will be an increase in Crowns in Season 2 of Fall Guys. The game's next Season will see crowns increase by 600%. Since some of the cooler looking skins in the game require crowns to purchase, the increase will help all players deck themselves out in great looking costumes much easier. Mediatonic decided to increase the amount of crowns on the game due to player feedback, as the community asked for this change in order to make it easier to reap the rewards that come with crowns.
Season 2 of Fall Guys will bring a few changes to level design when it drops next week. Since the Season has a medieval theme, new levels will feature drawbridges, swinging axes, and more. Some levels will also feature moveable objects, which players will have to move around to reach goals that they normally could not.
Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is available now for PC and PlayStation 4.
