Nintendo is sticking with the one big first-party game per month approach on the Switch 2. That's why its new console only launched with Mario Kart World. Donkey Kong Bananza, the Switch 2's second big launch game, is right around the corner, though, and we just learned a lot more about it.
Just like it did for Mario Kart World, Nintendo held a special Direct dedicated to Bananza, during which it revealed that Donkey Kong doesn't just have to be a monkey in Bananza. The mascot has a power that will turn him into different animals, with the Direct showing us what DK looks like as a zebra and even an ostrich.

The power to transform into different animals is granted to Donkey Kong by Pauline. Yes, Pauline's inclusion in Bananza has now been officially confirmed. When Pauline sings, it turns Donkey Kong into a different animal, granting him new powers in the process.
