We now when to expect reviews to begin releasing for Ghostrunner

The review embargo for Ghostrunner will drop early next week. Reviews for the upcoming title will begin releasing at 7:00 a.m. PST on October 26th. This is the day before the game releases, allowing gamers to see what the critics think just before it releases.

Ghostrunner is a fast-paced first-person action game set in a grim, cyberpunk world. In Ghostrunner, players assume the role of an android ninja who will use a combination of abilities and melee katana combat to slice through their foes. Gamers will have a wide range of movement abilities at their arsenal, which includes wall running, sliding, and time manipulation. The game also features one-hit kill mechanics that keep the combat fast and intense.

In Ghostrunner, players will always be outnumbered, but never outclassed. They will be able to dodge bullets with their superhuman reflexes, and use techniques to cut through their army of enemies. Players will have to use these abilities to stay alive, as they only have one hit point. This means that if they make one wrong move, its game over (though the game will provide frequent checkpoints).

Ghostrunner has players climbing Dharma Tower, humanity's last shelter after a world-ending cataclysm occurs. Gamers will have to make their way from the bottom to the top of the Tower, and take down the tyrannical Keymaster. The streets of this tower city are filled with violence, as the strong prey upon the weak for diminishing resources. The Keymaster rules Dharma Tower with an iron fist, and with very little regard for human life. Players will have to reveal the history behind the creation of the Tower, learn about its function, and uncover the secret to their own identity.

Ghostrunner will release on October 27th for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch. Stay tuned to OpenCritic to see what the gaming community thinks about this action title.
