We now know when reviews for Pikmin 3 Deluxe will begin to release.

The review embargo for Pikmin 3 Deluxe will drop next week. Reviews for the game will start pouring in at 6:00 a.m. PST on October 28th. This will give gamers a couple of days to see what critics think of the game before it releases.

A demo is currently available for Pikmin 3 Deluxe. All save data from the demo will be carried over to the final game. There are also perks for completing the demo. Those who beat the final boss in the demo will unlock the Ultra-Spicy mode in the full game. Ultra-Spicy mode is a new mode made for the Switch version of Pikmin 3, and limits the amount of Pikmin a players can have on the field to 60. There will be other perks for beating the demo as well.

Pikmin 3 Deluxe was officially announced this past August. The game will allow players to play the main story through co-op on the same Switch. Pikmin 3 Deluxe will feature new prologue and epilogue stories starring two of the franchise's stars, Olimar and Louie. The game will now feature a mechanic called the Piklopedia, which will keep track of all the creatures that players will come across throughout the game. Quality of life improvements are also being made. This includes and enhanced lock-on targeting system, enemy balancing changes, and more.

There will also be a new mode for Pikmin 3 Deluxe called Bingo Battle. In this multiplayer mode, both players are given bingo cards, which they will have to fill with various creatures and items. Gamers can sabotage the other player by throwing their Pikmin at them, helping cause a little bit of chaos for that player.

Pikmin 3 Deluxe will release for the Nintendo Switch on October 30th. Stay tuned to OpenCritic to see what critics think of the game.
