Just in case you didn’t have enough versions of Resident Evil 2, or you need something to help keep you busy until Resident Evil Requiem releases, Capcom might just have you covered, as long as you live in the UK.
The Resident Evil 2 Remake released back in 2019, but Capcom wants to bring players back to that version of the game’s world in a new way with Resident Evil 2: Dead Shot, an upcoming arcade light gun rail shooter that will seemingly take players through the game’s story in a new way.
Resident Evil 2: Dead Shot is being developed in collaboration between Bandai Namco and Capcom, and (reported by IGN) is currently undergoing location testing at certain Namco Funscape locations around the UK.
IGN also got plenty of footage of the game in action from the location test for fans to peruse.

Resident Evil 2: Dead Shot breaks the original game’s story up into episodes, with five visible on the game’s episode select screen, only two of which are unlocked in the footage: the first one is the prologue, while the second is called “Hunted.”
