Final Fantasy XIV fans are growing increasingly frustrated with the game's flawed storage system. There are thousands of items in the vast MMO set in the Final Fantasy universe, making it quite a feat to find storage for all of them. Items can be stored across several storage locations and items, including retainers and guild chests.
One of these storage solutions is the armoire, which has unlimited storage but very limited usage. According to Reddit user Bloodclaw_Talon, the armoire situation is "starting to get out of hand." More specifically, they write that the armoire should be expanded to include more items like Moogle Treasure Trove rewards.
At the moment, the armoire can only be used to store limited-time special items, like seasonal event rewards, one-off costumes and armor, and other specific cases. It's largely used for unique items that can't be stacked.
After months of speculation, Final Fantasy 14's Patch 7.3 now has a release date, and it will bring an end to one of FF14's most controversial eras.
As the Redditor points out, though, there should also be a tab for players to store items acquired from the Mog-Tome event, like the earrings...
