The second open beta test for Battlefield 6 goes live today, and you can expect more content as well as a few fixes from the previous beta test. While Dice has already been looking into the unusually quick TTD and the wonky helicopters, most of the fixes might only be implemented into the final game due to time constraints.

While the devs have been pretty receptive to the feedback provided by the community, there are also a few things that are baked into the game that the devs probably won't change. For instance, random weapons are currently unlocked based on your career rank, rather than weapon class rank. It seems players are now complaining about another such feature.

Currently, Battlefield 6 employs an open weapon class system for all its modes. This means that you can choose whichever weapon you want, regardless of your class – assault, support, etc. However, as showcased by a iyjui168199's Reddit post, long-time fans aren't too happy with this, as it doesn't encourage class-based gameplay, resulting in scores of snipers just sitting around the map.
