The director of Dune: Awakening says that crossplay "is no problem" for Funcom. While the survival MMO is currently only available on PC, the studio has reassured fans that a console release will happen eventually. Funcom has experienced some major highs and lows with its sci-fi MMO. While the game has drawn an impressive number of players, it has also seen its fair share of controversy, especially regarding how some mechanics work and how easy it is for players to make things harder for others.
