Metal Gear Solid Delta Gets First Patch Against Crashes

Unreal Engine 5 and performance issues are a duo that sadly go hand in hand. After Mafia: The Old Country and Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, Metal Gear Solid Delta seems to be the latest game built on UE5 that has launched with performance problems.

Although things aren't so bad for MGS Delta: Snake Eater because, at the time of writing this article, its Steam reviews are Very Positive. To make things better, an update is already out which fixes awkward bugs like the one that made Snake float mid-air, along with other crash fixes.

Metal Gear Solid Delta's Patch 1.1.2 Fixes Snake Floating Mid-Air And Unexpected Crashes

Patch 1.1.2 is currently live on Steam, and here is the list of fixes and improvements it brings:

What makes this patch so good is that not only did they make a post addressing the known issues and start work on a fix before the game's release, but they also released a patch within 2 days. And these are just the first wave of fixes. Konami has also confirmed that they are working on other reported concerns.
