Moxsy, a content creator who specialises in theorycrafting builds across numerous games, has discovered yet another hilariously broken Borderlands 4 build. Moxsy is responsible for the ordnance Amon build that shreds bosses, but this build is for Rafa and is centred around his peacebreaker cannons.
The build hinges on ricochet damage, which is quickly establishing itself as the most powerful effect in Borderlands 4. As Moxsy explains in the above video, ricocheting weapons seem to create new projectiles for every individual element attached to them. So, if you shoot a weapon with fire and corrosive damage, a new projectile is created for the fire damage, and also the corrosive damage.
