We now know which games will be available for free through the Games with Gold program next month.
On the Xbox Wire, March's Games with Gold titles were announced. The first game will be Warface: Breakout. The game will be available March 1st to 31st. Warface: Breakout is an online first-person shooter where players have to make split-second decisions, use a large arsenal of weapons, and master the high-stakes PvP experience in order to become the ultimate mercenary of tomorrow.
The second game that will be available next month through Games with Gold is Vicious Attack Llama Apocalypse. Vicious Attack Llama Apocalypse will be available from March 16th to April 15th. Vicious Attack Llama Apocalypse is a top-down, couch co-op, twin-stick shooter that has players pilot an endless supply of mechs in order to fight through the llama horde apocalypse. Up to four players can take on the llama horde, all while exploring a massive changing city.
The next game that will be available next month is Metal Slug 3, which will be available from March 1st to 15th. In Metal Slug 3, players will run, gun, slice, and camel their way through an onslaught of enemies, which will range from soldiers to giant enemy crabs. Gamers will be able to pilot a wide selection of Metal Slug vehicles, shoot a variety of weapons, and cause massive amounts of destruction in this run-and-gun shooter.
The final title coming to Games with Gold next month is Port Royale 3, which will be a part of the program from March 16th to 31st. In Port Royale 3, players are a young sea captain whose goal is to become the most powerful man in the New World in the 17th Century. In order to reach their goal, players will have to choose between becoming a trader or plunderer. They will be able to set sail on 16 different ships, and lead them into 3D naval battles.
Games with Gold grants gamers access to a number of titles for free every month. The titles are free for those who have Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
