Resident Evil Requiem For Switch 2 Ported So Well That Director Was Impressed By "How Beautifully It Ran"

Following the release of the Nintendo Switch 2, the console has seen several third-party ports.

Given that the past generation was lacking in this regard, it's been nothing but good news. Those who only owned a Nintendo Switch missed out on some pretty incredible third-party experiences.

In fact, they were able to experience some of these at launch, notably with Cyberpunk 2077 and Yakuza 0: Director's Cut.

Sadly, it seems like most third-party Switch 2 ports are lacking in the performance department. There's been plenty of controversy in this regard, not just with the utilization of the game-key card function, but also with the overall performance. Borderlands 4 was recently delayed for the Switch 2, and other third-party games are reportedly not up to the task of running efficiently.

There is, however, one upcoming third-party game that's apparently up to the challenge, and it's the one I least expected.
