The curtain has been pulled back on Call of Duty: Black Ops 7's multiplayer suite, as developer Treyarch has provided more details about the game's updated Omnimovement system, the total number of maps and weapons, and even more crucial information. Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will be out in just about a month and a half, with a later-than-usual release date of November 14.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 was first unveiled back in June as part of the Xbox Game Showcase and, as the closing reveal, misled many gamers with its futuristic setting and surreal visuals. People were surprised to learn that this year's Call of Duty entry will offer a futuristic setting, as Call of Duty had leaned away from such locales since Black Ops 4 in 2018, which capped off a long streak of titles that featured high-tech robots, jetpacks, and even space travel.
