Silent Hill 2 Remake Dev Expects To Make 'Significant Profit' On Cronos: The New Dawn

While Bloober Team hasn't revealed how much it spent to develop its latest AAA project, Cronos: The New Dawn, the Polish studio has high hopes for the horror game.

In the company's latest financial report, the studio talked a bit about Cronos' sales performance and what they hope to see from the horror game.

Compared to what we usually see from US financial reports, this one has people asking some very specific and hard questions.

Cronos: The New Dawn Sales Tracking Well

In the report, Bloober Team execs fielded questions, and one of the pertinent queries involved Cronos' unit sales.

Bloober was asked when the studio expects a return to Cronos' outlays and what sales the studio would see within 12 months of release.

The developer answered, "We do not publish forecasts, we will inform you about it in due time. We expect to make a significant profit on this project."

For reference, Bloober has confirmed that Cronos: The New Dawn has achieved over 200,000 units sold since launch, which isn't bad for a new horror IP.
