In a recent Q&A at the Tokyo Game Show 2025 (as spotted by Denfaminicogamer), Nikita Buyanov, the head of the studio at Battlestate Games and game director for Escape From Tarkov, warned that playing the game’s final version will not be a walk in the park. And, in fact, it will be extremely difficult and not for all players.
“You need to prepare yourself because not everyone will be able to escape from Tarkov”, explains Buyanov. “Not because of poor performance. It’s because of missions and quests that were designed like this, so it will be pretty hard for you to complete everything.”...
