The extraction shooter genre may have just gained a new star player, as over 180,000 gamers took part in the ARC Raiders playtest this past weekend. Set to release on October 30th, ARC Raiders takes place in a dystopian future-earth, where players must scavenge to survive, while fending off drones, other players, and gigantic mechanized threats like The Queen—an expert at demolishing squads.

Embark Studios just released some impressive data from the server slam event, where 30 million Arc Raiders matches were played in a three-day period—but the Queen was only taken down 77 times.
