Thanks to Twitter, the cat's out of the bag. Croteam went ahead and made it know that Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass is coming, and that'll be showcased during the Devolver Digital E3 Press Conference. If you remember last year's Devolver conference, it was the most bizarre thing during that week... thankfully, this year's show will have actual games. Serious Sam 4 being the first we know of.
The last Serious Sam game was actually a spin-off title called Serious Sam's Bogus Detour, a top-down pixel-art adventure that faired generally well with critics, earning at 77 here at OpenCritic. Hardcore Gamer had this to say: "Serious Sam's Bogus Detour is a surprisingly large shooter that takes the long-running arcade FPS and translates it perfectly into a new genre."
