The pull rates for one of the most coveted cards in Pokémon Trading Card Game’s Phantasmal Flames set, Mega Charizard X ex, have been calculated, and you’ll likely be ripping through hundreds of packs before finding it. The recently released expansion is one of the most popular ones this year, given the large quantity of expensive cards in Pokémon TCG: Phantasmal Flames. In addition to this, the new cards also add a lot of competitive value to decks.
Now, the pull rates for the cards in the set have been calculated by TCGPlayer, as reported by Pokébeach. TCGPlayer experimented with opening 5,000 Phantasmal Flames booster packs, which led it to some interesting figures. According to the study, Double Rare cards can be found in one of every five packs, with specific Double Rares being featured once in every 48 boosters. Ultra Rares have a one in 12 pull rate, with specific cards appearing once in every 211 packs.
