Where Winds Meet looks like a pretty cool game from the outside, letting you jump across buildings, engage in brutal fights, and experience dramatic set pieces, but take a look inside, and you'll find that it's also rather quirky. This is also a game that lets you play mahjong as a dog, throw tomatoes at players being humiliated for breaking the law, and convince AI NPCs that you're pregnant with his kid.
That's why when players start reporting that a random goose is quite possibly the most terrifying enemy in the game, I absolutely believe them. Yes, it appears as though demonic geese were a pretty big problem in 10th century Ancient China (thanks PC Gamer), as you'll find countless examples of players running into the Maniacal Goose early on in their games and getting absolutely demolished quicker than any standard boss fight is capable of.
