Gods, Death & Reapers, set for release in 2026, blends Diablo inspirations with an interesting mix of genres and styles. Featuring a gameplay loop inspired by extraction shooters and options for single-player, co-op, and PvPvE, there's a lot that could be compelling here. The Steam page for Gods, Death & Reapers offers the option to request playtest access, allowing interested parties to participate in future alpha tests at no cost.
There might be a bit of a wait for the next Gods, Death & Reapers playtest, as Closed Alpha 4 just wrapped up on November 26. Based on the pace of previous Closed Alpha tests, it doesn't seem likely that Closed Alpha 5 will arrive until 2026.
