We will find out the identity of Guilty Gear Strive's first DLC character next week.

We will soon know who the first DLC fighter for Guilty Gear Strive will be. Developer Arc System Works will reveal the character on July 20th at 6:00 p.m. PST (via Siliconera). The reveal will take place on the Arc System Works YouTube page, which can be seen here. The character being revealed will be making their playable debut in the Guilty Gear franchise through Strive

Last month a roadmap was released for Guilty Gear Strive. In the roadmap, it was revealed that the game's first DLC character is planned to release this month. The second DLC character will then be released in August. This character will be a veteran to the series. The rest of the characters will release sometime after Fall 2021.

The character being revealed for Guilty Gear Strive next week will be a part of the game's Season Pass. The Pass will feature five new characters, which will be a mix of both newcomers and series veterans. Guilty Gear Strive's Season Pass will also feature two new stages, five color variations for every character, and new Story Missions. The characters, stages, and colors will be available to purchase on their own. However, the extra Story Missions will be exclusive to the game's Season Pass.

There is also free content on the way for Guilty Gear Strive. This includes a Combo Maker, which will allow fighters to upload their own personal combos. Other players will then be able to download these combos and learn them for themselves.

It was also recently announced that Guilty Gear Strive has surpassed 500,000 copies sold. This amount combines the physical sales along with the digital sales. This is a big accomplishment given the Guilty Gear franchise is not a well-known fighting series.

Guilty Gear Strive is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.

I have been playing video games for as long as I can remember. I am a huge fan of JRPGs, though I also enjoy fighters. I have been writing about video games for a few years now. If it has a great story, I am sure that I will dig it.
