The upcoming third season of Fire Force released a brand-new trailer which previews the third season's opening, as well as a new key visual. The news was announced as part of Crunchyroll's industry panel at Anime Expo 2024. Fire Force season 3 will air in two parts, the first of which will premiere in April 2025 and the second in January 2026.

This third season will conclude the anime adaptation of Atsushi Ōkubo's manga, and as such, the trailer included a few Easter Eggs the significance of which only those who have read the manga will recognize.

This third season, dubbed "grand finale" of the Fire Force anime, and with the split-cours season, it can be expected that David Production (Undead Unluck) will go out adapting what is perhaps the most unbelievable developments, and the series' end game, which was teased a few times in the trailer.
