French developer Eden Games has announced a new title called Cosmic Royale. Described as a battle royale kart racer, the newly revealed game is scheduled to launch on PC in late 2024.
Founded in 1998, Eden Games started out as a Nintendo 64 developer before branching out into making titles for a wide variety of consoles and PCs, as well as mobile devices. Over the years, the Lyon-based company has largely been focused on racing games, including the critically acclaimed Test Drive Unlimited and the V-Rally series. The studio also worked on the PlayStation version of Need for Speed: Porsche Unleashed and the 2003 action-adventure Kya: Dark Lineage, in addition to creating the Gear.Club franchise.
