New Game Looks Like GTA Meets Genshin Impact

Chinese gaming giant Perfect World has announced Neverness to Everness, an open-world RPG that gives off both Grand Theft Auto and Genshin Impact vibes. The newly unveiled title has been confirmed for PC, consoles, and mobile devices.

Founded in 2004, Perfect World is known as the developer of the many successful MMORPGs and mobile games, including the eponymous Perfect World, Jade Dynasty, and Final Fantasy Awakening. More recently, the company published Persona 5: The Phantom X in China.

miHoYo's Genshin Impact is overflowing with content, but if fans want a change of pace, they should check out these other games.

Its latest project was unveiled on July 16 in the form of Neverness to Everness. Pitched as an open-world supernatural RPG in an urban setting, the newly announced title is presently in the works at Tower of Fantasy developer Hotta Studio. The Chinese company is building it using Unreal Engine 5, and promises to offer support for a variety of modern technologies such as Nvidia DLSS upscaling and frame generation, as well as ray tracing.
