A significant update for Once Human, the free-to-play survival game developed by Starry Studio, is scheduled for release in September 2024. Once Human, known for its detailed post-apocalyptic world with sci-fi and cosmic horror elements, provides players with extensive freedom in how they choose to survive and explore the game’s environments.
Once Human launched on July 9th to mixed reviews and received a patch on July 18th that introduced several updates and new features. A notable addition was a gameplay event where a Rosetta Truck travels across the Red Sands region nightly, allowing players to obtain Sproulets by ramming their vehicles into it. The latest Once Human patch also included increased Warband weekly donation limits, a buffed detection radius for Spacetime, and adjusted rarities for certain food items. To address server issues, it disabled world merging and offered compensation rewards in the Mail tab, while also implementing nearly 90 bug fixes to resolve issues such as Super Armor inactivity, stacking of Precise Shot Masks, and spawn problems.
