The third and final installment in the Final Fantasy 7 Remake trilogy has gotten some notable teases this month already, and all signs are pointing toward us quickly approaching a release date for the (so far) untitled FF7 Remake Part 3. Of course, official teases are nothing new. We've gotten several this year already, including an update on FF7 Remake Part 3's release back in February. Still, this might be the best sign yet that we're getting close.

Last week, FF7 Remake Part 3 co-director Naoki Hamaguchi did an interview with Nintendo Life regarding the upcoming release of FF7 Rebirth on the Switch 2. Naturally, the topic of FF7 Remake Part 3 came up, with Naoki Hamaguchi giving a rather enticing detail on the game's development, and it seems to prove that the highly-anticipated RPG from Square Enix is in its final stages before releasing.

According to Hamaguchi, the studio is "very excited about how the game is currently progressing." However, the co-director didn't stop there, stating that he'd "completed over 40 full playthroughs" of FF7 Remake Part 3 already.
