Bloodborne 60fps Release Leaves Fans Seriously Impressed

Since 2015, Bloodborne has graced PlayStation 4 systems and wooed new audiences of action RPGs consistently year over year. It's an incredibly popular game, notably because of its unique setting and engaging action mechanics, even compared to From Software's prior work in the Souls series.

But since the game was stuck on PS4 for many years, fans have a major wishlist item that they've been wanting to see for ages: support for 60 frames per second (fps). It's been requested by the community nearly daily, and since the closure of the studio that remade Demon's Souls, the chances of any kind of re-release (remaster or remake) seem even smaller now. Despite some initial rumors and false starts, no such edition seemed to be in the works, but that changed.

On X, fans are celebrating the 60 fps release of Bloodborne, leading many people to declare that they're ready for yet another playthrough.
