GTA 6 Delay Slammed By Gamers Following Official Update

While Grand Theft Auto 6 is officially planned to launch later this year and hype surrounding the game is at an all-time high, there's a huge number of players that will unfortunately be facing yet another delay beyond the official November 19 release date. Until recently, it's been unclear whether GTA 6 would face another official delay, but recent news has confirmed the worst for gamers on one major platform.

With GTA 6 gearing up for its official launch later this year, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick recently discussed the game's upcoming release in an interview with Bloomberg. The otherwise innocuous interview housed a bit of a bombshell for PC gamers, however, as it appears that Rockstar and Take-Two are intentionally delaying GTA 6's release on PC to "serve the core consumer" of console gamers first.

Needless to say, PC gamers have not taken the news lightly, with players like AwsumO2000 calling BS, arguing that "they do it to double sell their game." Zelnick's remarks may not be incredibly surprising given Rockstar's history of console-first releases, but that doesn't soften the blow for PC users (via Reddit).
