New Resident Evil Requiem DLC Shadow Dropped

Capcom has suddenly shadow-dropped DLC for Resident Evil Requiem, entitled Leon Kennedy Must Die Forever. The new Resident Evil Requiem mode will give returning players something new to do, and is out now for all platforms the game is currently available on.

Resident Evil games have featured minigames and side-stories for a long time, including fan favorites like The Mercenaries mode, which give players access to a variety of characters that face hordes of enemies with a timer counting down, or story-expanding DLC like Not a Hero in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. With Resident Evil Requiem now a couple of months old, it's starting to receive its own side mission additions.

Leon S. Kennedy isn't only known for his roundhouse kicks. He's a staple of Resident Evil and features in many games from the franchise.

Resident Evil Requiem has now received an update bringing it to version 1.300.000, and with it, new free DLC called Leon Must Die Forever. Similar to Resident Evil 7's Ethan Must Die mode, players must face some of the game's tough enemies, this time playing exclusively as Leon.
