Halo 3 Remake Release Date Massively Narrowed Down, Mark Your Calendars

Halo: Campaign Evolved, the loaded title for Halo Studios’ Halo: Combat Evolved remake, is still supposedly releasing later this year, though it does not yet have a release date or window that has been narrowed down from a vague “2026.” Aside from the obvious perks of a Halo 1 remake, Halo: Campaign Evolved is paramount for the franchise as it is a glimpse into what the future of the series will look like, either via remakes or mainline installments.

Now, it appears as if the whole original Halo trilogy will be remade, if recent rumors are to be believed. That said, there is a chance that the second and third games’ remakes do not release in the order we might expect them to, at least if Halo Studios wishes to commemorate a big upcoming milestone and is prepared to do so, and it might not be a reach.

According to Rebs Gaming on YouTube, remakes of Halo 2 and Halo 3 are set to follow Halo: Campaign Evolved. Posited by TweakTown, however, there is a possibility that the Halo 3 remake could be released sooner than the Halo 2 remake.
