Marvel has maintained an interesting hold on many of its characters over the decades since its inception. The X-Men have many different designs, but a handful are iconic enough to show up time and time again. The same goes for DC and other comic properties, but for Marvel fans, a design can be make-or-break.
This push and pull has been further exacerbated by the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), which often showcases brand-new designs to reintroduce characters back into the fray. For years, comic fans have been following along and weighing the designs against each other, and the time has come yet again, this time for Tony Stark.
On X, fans have been losing it with this official Iron Man redesign. Granted, it's pretty hard to mess up Iron Man, as his wide array of suits is heavily featured in a ton of different forms of media, typically to high acclaim.
Announced by the Marvel Rivals X account, new skins are coming to the game, including a redesign of Iron Man and Loki based off of their looks from the first MCU Avengers movie, plus the "bloody butler" skin for Elsa Bloodstone.
