Star Wars Zero Company has just confirmed that as well as taking place in the Clone Wars era, its main story will take fans right up to the early days of the Galactic Empire. This new story detail was announced via an official age rating for Star Wars Zero Company.
First teased by EA in January 2022 and then officially revealed during Star Wars Celebration in April 2025, Star Wars Zero Company is a turn-based tactics game that will see players assume the role of Hawks, a customizable ex-Republic Officer who's tasked with leading a band of misfits in a series of covert operations during the Clone Wars. Star Wars Zero Company is being developed by Bit Reactor, an all-new studio that was formed in 2022 by several key former members of Firaxis, the studio behind the incredibly popular XCOM reboot series.
