As per usual, Amazon continues their regular schedule for Lost Ark, dishing up an update at least once a month. While April was full of excitement about the new Serca raid, the May update is sadly one of the slower months as not a lot is coming out. That’s not to say there isn’t something to look forward to, as Amazon and Smilegate have prepared a handful of events to keep players busy in the downtime.
Snowflake Argos
With this being a slow month, the biggest part of this patch comes in the form of the Snowflake Argos event. If you’ve been around for more than two years, you’ll probably know the name Argos by now. It was one of the first major raids in Lost Ark (looking past Abyssal Dungeons), featuring a large reindeer-looking antagonist.
Well, Smilegate is looking to bring that enemy back, but in a Rudolf the Rednose Reindeer -themed event. It’s Christmas in May! The Snowflake Argos event originally hit Korea over the holidays, but it took the west a little longer to get it. Better late than never.
