Fans are already worried about the possibility of early access to Grand Theft Auto 6 causing issues for their unspoiled experience. With the release of the world's most anticipated entertainment product, perhaps ever, just six months away, excitement and speculation are ramping up once again. Preorder pages have begun to pop up online, while everyone cooks up theories about when the third trailer will arrive.
But one potential release strategy is giving some GTA fans pause. While it might not ruin the experience completely, some fans say that it'll force them to be especially vigilant in the days immediately following GTA 6's release — unless Rockstar takes steps to avoid spoiling it for everybody.
Reddit user Gainfulz recently posted a thread on the GTA 6 subreddit entitled, "Hope that no YouTubers or streamers get the game early." In the thread below, they elaborate:
"[I] feel like with this game, it would be best that everyone except for the obvious journalists and reviewers get to play the game at the same time. Something about seeing your favorite YouTuber post multiple parts of a playthrough the second they are allowed to seems wrong."
