Epic Games Store users have a limited time to snag a new free game that's not part of the typical weekly giveaways, and it's the 2023 open-world survival game Devil's Island. Interestingly, Epic Games Store users have until May 16 at specifically 3:11 AM PT/6:11 AM ET to claim it, download it, and keep it forever. It's uncertain why, given most game giveaways use hour marks for ease of communication, but yeah, why not, let's throw an x:11 in the mix.
Meanwhile, it's worth highlighting that Steam is also hosting a GreedFall 2 Free Weekend promotion where players can download and play Spiders' last fantasy RPG until May 17 at 10 am PT/1 pm ET. Afterward, players will have to purchase it if they want to keep playing, but there's an extended discount. That caveat does not apply to Devil's Island, however.
