Previously an Xbox exclusive, Party Animals is coming to PlayStation. First released for Xbox consoles last September, Party Animals was ultimately nominated for Best Multiplayer and Best Family Game at The Game Awards 2023. Originally, the title was released for Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S, but it appears that it's being considered for even more platforms like PlayStation.

Developed by Recreate Games, Party Animals features 23 maps and three different modes, with gameplay similar to titles like Gang Beasts, the 2014 indie party game hit by Boneloaf. As it's been almost a full decade since the release of Gang Beasts, it seems fitting that titles like Party Animals are being released to sate the cravings that many gamers may have for addictive co-op titles. Unfortunately, Party Animals was somewhat limited, as it was only released on Game Pass-compatible systems.

An impressive collection of Party games can be played on the PS5, and these games are ones that players will enjoy the most at their next party.
