For the past month, the newly opened PC mod portal, GGMods, has been running a contest to draw more modders in to be creative. Whether it’s creating new enemies or weaponry for a game, or more casual aesthetics in the environment, there was a lot of potential for what creators could do.
This week marked the conclusion of the spring Modathon, showcasing new and exciting mods for The Sims 4, Skyrim Special Edition, Fallout: New Vegas, Fallout 4 and Stardew Valley. These were the most popular games based on downloads, and rightfully so as they have some of the strongest and most vocal communities.
Each game had numerous mods submitted to the contest, but only one per game could come out on top with the $1,000 grand prize.
