Konami Game is Shutting Down in 2 Regions

Konami has officially confirmed it will be ending service for Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel in two regions later this year, sunsetting the game in Russia and Belarus. The digital TCG from Konami will be shut down in the two countries in June 2026.

The digital version of Konami's long-running trading card game has seen plenty of changes since its launch in January 2022. Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel has welcomed a plethora of new cards to the game throughout its history, continuing to add cards from the physical Yu-Gi-Oh TCG's recent set releases. Konami has also introduced new game modes to Master Duel, ranging from a multitude of Solo Mode stories to the Team Battle mode, which lets up to five players team up to take on other groups. However, some Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel players in Eastern Europe will soon lose access to the digital TCG.
