Dawn of War IV Gets Release Date, Returns Popular Mode

The real-time strategy franchise set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, Dawn of War, is getting a fourth version. Dawn of War IV will officially release on September 17. Announced during the Warhammer Skulls Showcase by Deep Silver and KING Art Games, Dawn of War IV will be receiving a standard edition and a Commander Edition. The Commander Edition will allow for three days early access starting on September 14. Players will have access to four factions in a story that offers multiple non-linear campaigns. Players can expect multiplayer with Last Stand, Skirmish and more. The team has a road map laid out with expansions, as well. You can check out the Release Date Trailer below.

Two Different Editions and the Road Map

The Standard Edition of will include the base game and can be pre-ordered now with a 10% discount. The Commander Edition will also receive a 10% pre-order discount and three days early access. This edition includes all Year One content plus the official digital soundtrack. A year full of content will come with the Year One Expansion for players on Kronus.
