Car Mechanic Simulator 2018 isn't going to be for everyone, but anyone who loves detailed simulation games is in for a treat thanks to Steam.
For those unfamiliar, Steam's Free-to-Keep Promotion gives away a handful of games every month, and it's sometimes possible to track these through the storefront's back end.
