After years of anticipation, That’s No Moon the studio made up of former Call Of Duty developers have final revealed their debut game. That game is called CrossFire and it was revealed with a bombastic trailer during Summer Game Fest 2026.
Following the trailer Chief Creative Officer, Taylor Kurosaki along with Game Director Jacob Minkoff took to the SGF stage to talk about the game. It was here that they revealed that two opposing operators must work together to survive and that the game will have a single player story focus.
Being develop in partnership with Smilegate, the original creators of the CrossFire series. This game will share a universe with the ill-fated CrossFire X from a few years ago, but if that game is anything to go by then a focus on single player is definitely the right way to go.
