Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra, one of the more anticipated single-player games in recent years, has been delayed once again. The game was first announced in 2021, with its initial cast being teased nearly a year later. Part of Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra's pre-release fame comes from Amy Hennig leading the project. She is best known as the creator of the Uncharted series, widely regarded as one of the most acclaimed third-person adventure franchises of all time.

This is not the first time Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra has been delayed. In May 2025, the game was pushed to early 2026 for "further polish." In November of the same year, it was confirmed that the new deadline would not be met. However, now that we are six months into 2026, the project has delivered yet another disappointing update to fans.
