Xbox Game Pass Adds Super Cozy Day-One Open-World Game with Co-Op

Solarpunk is now available on Xbox Game Pass, having joined its library as a day-one title. Apart from the cozy survival game, the service also received two other titles in the 24-hour period ending June 8, one of which reached Xbox Game Pass completely out of the blue.

The surprise addition is Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, Koei Tecmo's popular soulslike that originally launched in March 2023. It was also a day-one addition to Microsoft's subscription service, eventually leaving Xbox Game Pass in February 2025. With no prior notice, Wo Long returned to the service on June 7, shortly before its sequel was announced during the 2026 Xbox Games Showcase.

As is usually the case with Microsoft’s showcases, Xbox Game Pass now subscribers have a whole new suite of games to look forward to.

After that unexpected addition, Solarpunk joined the service on June 8. The cozy open-world survival game was originally announced for Xbox Game Pass in late May 2026.
