Harry Potter might be one of the more recent fictional entries in the fantasy world, when compared with all-time greats like Lord of the Rings, but it has still managed to build up one of the biggest fan bases around. Though it doesn't hold a candle to Tolkien's work, in my very humble opinion, it makes sense that there are plenty of people out there who want to create products tied to the Wizarding World.
An obvious recent example is Hogwarts Legacy, which did spectacularly well for Avalanche Studios and Warner Bros., so much so that a sequel is already on the way. Now, there's another product on the horizon that takes an entirely different approach, but which should be able to offer just as many hours of enjoyment to those willing to give it a chance.
As first reported by Tech Times, film prop and graphic design studio MinaLina, who previously worked on physical artifacts for the Harry Potter film adaptations, has collaborated with industrial designer David Waterman to bring their board game project Defenders of Hogwarts to Kickstarter.
