It is safe to say that those waiting for The Elder Scrolls VI are quite unhappy with Bethesda at the moment. Not only has it been eight years since the next installment in The Elder Scrolls franchise was first announced, but earlier this year saw Bethesda head Todd Howard admit that The Elder Scrolls VI was revealed too soon.

Other than a brief teaser trailer which was shown during 2018's E3 conference, fans have received no other information or look at the highly anticipated sequel, and with Bethesda not shedding any light on a potential release window, the arrival of The Elder Scrolls VI could take us as far as 2030 at the earliest.

Now, in recent days, things have gone from bad to worse as a recent post on the Xbox Wire website could possibly hint at The Elder Scrolls VI being unplayable for millions upon its eventual launch.
