A dedicated LEGO fan has built an impressive Moria MOC that recreates one of the most memorable battles from The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. Their brilliant build has consequently been making the rounds on social media, underscoring the lasting appeal of J.R.R. Tolkien's worldbuilding among LEGO fans.

The Lord of the Rings has become a particularly popular theme among custom builders, partly due to the sheer variety of its setting, which incorporates everything from serene Elven settlements to scenes of severe carnage spanning battlefields big and small. Recent fan creations in the niche include a variety of fantasy displays, as well as a massive LEGO rendition of former Gondor capital Osgiliath by one particularly inspired LOTR fan.
