Dark Souls Redemption Officially Releases August 2026

It will be in September that the beloved Dark Souls title celebrates its 15th anniversary. It is hard to believe that it has been well over a decade since many of us experienced the magic of a FromSoftware title for the first time as we headed to the kingdom of Lordran and began a pilgrimage to discover the true story behind the Cursed Undead.

Since then, Dark Souls went on to welcome two more installments, each as successful as the last, and, of course, FromSoftware's success did not stop there, as it later went on to release standalone titles Bloodborne and Elden Ring, amongst others. As such, FromSoftware has cemented itself as one of the best game studios of all time, best known for its lore-filled stories and challenging combat that keeps players coming back for more.

Now, despite there being no sign of a potential Dark Souls 4, the hype surrounding the fictional world is far from over, and this August, Souls' fans can look forward to a brand-new release.
