After the official finale of Stranger Things aired late last year, fans of the hit Netflix show by the Duffer Brothers were quite divided over how the story wrapped up. Its decade-long run took viewers through countless twists and turns, and was unquestionably one of the most unique and original horror/sci-fi experiences in modern pop culture, and with anticipation and hype so high, it's hard to say if there could've been any possible ending that would've satisfied everyone.
That said, the fandom was clearly left wanting more from the iconic franchise, and while the animated spin-off Tales from '85 may have had niche success among hardcore fans, it didn't even come close to scratching the same itch as the original. And while there's a new Stranger Things live-action series reportedly confirmed to be in the works from The Duffer Brothers, information is quite sparse on the project so far.
