It's easy to think of Normal being the standard state of affairs, how everything always is, until a big storm blows through. Suddenly there are trees down, buildings and other infrastructure damaged, trash everywhere, and when things really go wrong, missing people. Lou is a larger-than-life figure in the Limbo Archipelago, running a seaplane delivery service where everyone knows him and relies on the service he provides. The last storm, though, was a monster, and now Lou has gone missing just as his niece/nephew has arrived for a visit. They were only planning to learn from Lou, but circumstances have changed and now they need to rise up to meet them as the archipelago's replacement delivery specialist.
