Pokemon Champions released its latest content update today, Regulation M-B, but it only includes very few Pokemon and items, and now no more content is planned until September. Pokemon Champions' release was disappointing, as the game came out in April this year after seeing a lot of hype for a more approachable, dedicated competitive battling game. Players were unhappy with a limited roster of under 200 pocket monsters and very few items, excluding many of the VGC staples. The game also saw criticism over pricey microtransactions, poor battle passes, and graphics.
